BIOGRAPHY
Anthony P. Mainero
Anthony P. Mainero was born in New York February 19, 1913 to Leonard and Susie Costanzo Mainero. He had three sister Jane, Lucille and Gertrude and two brothers

. In Rye his family lived at
20 Richard Place
and were members of the Church of the Resurrection. Anthony was educated in Rye Public Schools.
Anthony enlisted March 19, 1941 and served 4 1/2 years in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was honorably discharged October 16,1945
After the war, Anthony married Nora Kerrigan August 23,1945 in Rye. The couple moved to White Plains in 1953.
Anthony worked for Arnold Bakery in Greenwich Conn for 30 years, retiring in 1978.
Anthony Mainiero retired baker and longtime White Plains resident died November 7, 1988 at United Hospital In Port Chester. He was 75. He was pre-deceased by his wife Nora in 1979.
At the time of his death, he was survived by his sister Jane Strecker of Enfield Conn and his brother Thomas Miner of Greenwich
